We are glad to welcome you in our Beauty Spa and we look forward to offering you our exclusive treatments and our high quality natural products.
You are invited to send us your preferred treatment schedule in advance by fax or e-mail, so that we may meet your wishes wherever possible. Please inform our Spa receptionist upon scheduling
your appointment in case of eventual health issues.
As a courtesy to other guests and to our staff, please give us a 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or change any treatment.
Without this notification you will be charged 50 % of the treatment price. Please, understand that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time.
In consideration of other guests, we inform you that the Spa is a non smoking facility and we kindly ask you to turn off all mobile phones and pagers while at the Spa.
We greatly appreciate your attention and comprehension.
